Anxiety, Depression, and Mood: Generalized and social anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout.

Life Transitions: Adjusting to major changes, such as a breakup, job shift, grief, or family changes.

Trauma: Healing from past experiences and significant life events.

Relationships: Improving communication, boundaries, trust, or navigating complex relational dynamics

Personal Growth and Self-Discovery: Building self-esteem, increasing self-awareness, living more present and authentically, exploring spirituality, or overcoming internal barriers.

Sexuality Exploration: Exploring identity, orientation, attraction, experiences, curiosities, interests, "coming out," kink/fetish/BDSM.

Sexual Concerns and Problems: Addressing out-of-control sexual behaviors, or OCSB (what some may refer to as compulsive or addictive behaviors, or "sex addiction"), erectile and ejaculatory concerns, intimacy differences and communication, men's sexual health concerns.

Fees and Investment:

Individual (one-on-one) sessions: $105 per session.
-
Relationship sessions (couples, individuals in relationships, family, friends): $125 per session.
To support accessible care, I work with a limited number of clients at a reduced fee through the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective. Please inquire about availability for services at a reduced fee.

​Payment Methods: Credit/Debit (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
Insurance Information:
I am an in-network provider with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in Indiana as well as United Healthcare. If you have one of these insurance plans, you may be eligible for coverage of a portion of the costs of therapy sessions. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your benefits and any copay or deductible requirements. For additional questions about using your insurance, feel free to contact me.

For other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider, meaning I am not able to accept other insurance plans directly at this time. I can provide you with a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network coverage.​​​​

Session Length: 55 minutes (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Format: Sessions are currently offered in-person or virtually for clients living in the State of Indiana and virtually for Colorado residents. ​​​​​​​​​
